If you have a product which tells the story of our lumbering history, we want you!

High quality wood products, maple sugar, historic books - just ensure its related to the
mountains of Northcentral PA or the timber industry.

We try to offer a variety of products. Galeton Rotary reserves right to arrange spaces.
Please be specific about what you will be selling & displaying, as this is major
determining factor in making our decision about contracts.

FEES:
Vendor Retail Sales – PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AS TO YOUR Required SPACE.

Display space is $1.00 @ square foot.  Contact us for “additional space” fees for parking needs for trailers, vehicles, campers, etc.

Display Non-Sales – Space will be made available at a reasonable rate.

Equipment Exhibitor – space will be made available at reasonable rate.

Food Vendors - $150 Admission Fee plus 15% of gross sales

Tables – 8’ x 30” = $10 Chair - $3

ALL ELECTRIC , TABLES & CHAIRS MUST BE ORDERED BY JULY 1st!

SET-UP: It is important you move in on schedule. Show officials will be at Cherry
Springs for set-up Thursday, 9am until 8pm. If you need to, and are capable of setting
up Friday, you must be ready to go by 9am.

TAKE DOWN: All exhibitors are under contract to remain open until at least Sunday's
events are completed. Early departures are taken into consideration when preparing
contracts for future events.

SALES TAX: Sales tax is the responsibility of each exhibitor.

ELECTRIC: Electric is provided free of charge. You will need your own extension
cord. Electric is turned on Thursday, the day before the Show at 9am. Please specify
your amperage requirements.

LOGS: Exhibitors, if you need wood for demonstration purposes, please list how much,
what size, & what type of wood. We will put you in touch with a local log yard which
supplies us at a nominal fee.

INSURANCE: Liability Insurance is required- send proof of insurance with contract.

FOOD SUPPLIES: Food vendors are responsible for proper handling & storage of all
food items. Health inspectors & State Park Officials have the final say.

MERCHANDISE SOLD: No firearms, ammunition, pornographic material, alcohol,
drugs, etc. Bureau of Parks has authority to prohibit any undesirable merchandise.

ADVERTISING: Woodsmen Show will have a program booklet produced. Please call
the office if you would like information to purchase space in the booklet.
